You know you daydream too much when you start daydreaming about daydreaming.
Just simply writing the little thoughts in my head down.
I feel so much better for doing it.
Sometimes we rehearse things in our head so we don’t forget it, but it can lead to feeling unfocused. I urge you to take some time to write out all that’s in your mind. The act of putting those words on paper can free space for thinking about other things.
